7. Sponsor Constantly. Your success is also dependent on your ability to continually recruit new reps into your business. If you just sponsor a few people you will not see any momentum happen in your opportunity and your results will be minimal.
8. Lead By Example. Your positioning as a leader to those that you recruit will effect their results. People have a tendency to follow and whatever you do in your business, your recruits will do the same. Whatever efforts you are placing into your MLM, they will do exactly same.
9. Duplicable System. You need to have a marketing and lead generation system in place that will allow your recruit to effortlessly replicate your efforts. A simple system is important so that it is easier to use and understand. If those that you sponsor do not have success and quit, you will never see success either.
10. Be Patient. If you think success will be immediate, then you are just kidding yourself. Just like any other business, it will take time to build and you need to be patient. This takes time, work and effort. It does not happen overnight. Just be patient, keep working, and it will come. Never give up.
